Undeniably talented and technically accomplished, Adrian Odle wears many hats internationally, regionally throughout Caribbean, and at home in Barbados. As a Production and Tour Manager, Sound Engineer and Musician, he is driven and has a focussed diligence with his work. A keen ear and unique skill set is required for this type of artistry and professionalism, and he has acquired and honed these with over 20 years of experience in the music industry.
Touring with Reggae Icon Beres Hammond as Monitor Engineer and later becoming the Production and Tour Manager Adrian has consistently levelled up the production experience tailored to Beres’ global fanbase. This career journey spans over 12 years.
He has become the first choice for many clients as a Front of House and Monitor Engineer for major events. His acute attention to detail and work ethic have afforded him the opportunity to engineer countless Reggae, Pop, Soca, Jazz, Gospel and R&B festivals featuring some of the most popular and illustrious artists.
He is known for developing meaningful relationships with many companies whose gear he consistently uses on tour. As part of an exclusive cohort of professional engineers, Adrian partners as an artist for Lewitt Audio, Radial Engineering, Waves Audio and Shure Audio. His relationships extend to the facilitating of workshops and mentoring persons interested in his field of expertise.
